Professional Social Work Journal

The Editorial Board of the Professional Social Work Journal invites high-quality contributions aligned with the conference theme from all fields of Social Work to advance scholarly discussion. Papers should be 5,000–7,000 words, based on theoretical or empirical work, and will undergo peer review. Authors are required to submit an abstract of no more than 300 words, with all materials prepared in Word format, using Times New Roman, font size 12. Submissions must be in English and adhere to APA 7th edition referencing style.The Chartered Institute of Social Work Practitioners of Nigeria (C-ISOWN) is an Institute established by Act No. 25 of 2022 as a regulatory and professional body charged with the mandate of regulation, setting of standard and control of the profession of Social Work in Nigeria. Manuscript must be accompanied by a short bibliography of the author, full address, affiliate institution, phone number, e-mail address, title page, abstract and keywords, introduction, statement of problem, methodology, result, conclusion, recommendation and references.
